Notary Services

By Appointment Only:

  • Tuesdays 12PM-5PM

  • Wednesdays 10AM-2PM

 Ask a staff member how we can help you with your notary needs by calling the Library at (970)532-2757 or coming into the Library.

  • Our notary cannot notarize Deed of Transfer or Quit Claim deeds.

  • The cost is $5 per stamp (cash or check only).

 

  • All signatures must be witnessed by Notary.

 

  • You need to bring your own witnesses.

 

  • All signees will need to bring a valid driver's license or passport.
